Account Manager - Digital Marketing & Social Media

About the role

The Account Manager owns the overall success and growth of assigned client accounts, acting as a strategic advisor who ensures alignment between business objectives, execution and growth opportunities. The role covers client relationships, strategic direction, delivery oversight and internal coordination. It is not a paid media role.

Key responsibilities

• Own day-to-day client relationships and act as the primary point of contact, building trusted relationships and resolving issues professionally.
• Define and refine the account strategy, turn client objectives into account plans, identify upsell and expansion opportunities, and track account performance and risks.
• Oversee multiple accounts and projects, ensuring realistic timelines, proper scoping and resource alignment, and lead project kick-offs.
• Lead and coordinate Account Executives, and act as the bridge between clients and internal teams (creative, content, strategy, traffic).
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, consolidate feedback and run internal reviews before client delivery.
• Monitor analytics metrics, prepare monthly performance reports with clear recommendations, and maintain accurate account documentation.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and contribute to improving processes and tools.

Required profile

• Mandatory agency experience; 5+ years of work experience as an Account Manager in an agency or a similar role.
• Experience managing organic social media.
• Strong understanding of advertising, marketing and branding principles.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana.
