Marketing Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Account Manager to lead client relationships and drive growth for agency accounts. The role focuses on organic social media strategy and overall account performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and building trusted partnerships.
• Define and continuously refine the overall account strategy, aligning initiatives with client business objectives and growth goals.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities, proactively proposing ideas and initiatives.
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring proper scoping, realistic timelines, and resource alignment.
• Lead project kick‑offs, monitor progress, and resolve risks or bottlenecks early.
• Coordinate internal teams (creative, content, strategy, traffic) and ensure clear brief communication.
• Maintain quality standards, enforce internal approvals, and support continuous improvement.
• Review account performance metrics, prepare monthly reports, and translate insights into recommendations.

Required profile

• Agency experience is mandatory.
• 5+ years as an Account Manager in an agency or similar role.
• Experience managing organic social media.
• Strong understanding of advertising, marketing, and branding principles.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana.
