Account Manager – Content Creation & Digital Growth

About the role

Hakkemni is seeking a dynamic professional to combine account management, content creation, and data‑driven digital growth. You will support healthcare practitioners, produce engaging multimedia content, and lead acquisition campaigns that expand both provider and patient usage of the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and other channels.
• Create educational, promotional and engagement‑focused posts, captions, newsletters, blog articles and marketing collateral.
• Coordinate video shoots, interviews, testimonials and reels, working with designers, videographers and external agencies.
• Plan, launch and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns, including lead‑generation and patient‑acquisition initiatives.
• Manage audience targeting, retargeting and look‑alike strategies while monitoring budgets to maximise ROI.
• Execute email marketing and practitioner engagement programmes.
• Analyse social media performance and campaign results, tracking reach, engagement, conversions, CAC and ROAS.
• Produce monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations and conduct A/B testing on content and ads.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, digital marketing, content creation or customer success.
• Proven experience managing Meta advertising campaigns and growing social media audiences.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and juggle multiple projects.
• Experience in healthcare, SaaS, startup or digital health environments is a strong advantage.
