Account Manager – Client Experience & Retention

About the role

Club Feast is a venture‑backed corporate catering platform that partners with restaurants to deliver high‑quality meal programs for companies across the United States. We are looking for a remote Account Manager to own client relationships, drive satisfaction, retention and growth while working closely with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of U.S.-based client accounts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring a consistently high‑quality client experience.
• Create tailored food program proposals and upsell new services, events, and expanded programs.
• Identify risks and opportunities early to protect retention and drive expansion.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Restaurant teams to deliver seamless service.
• Maintain accurate account data in HubSpot.
• Share client insights and feedback with leadership.
• Support strategic accounts directly with the COO, CEO, and senior leadership.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Experience in hospitality, concierge, or client services is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong Excel proficiency.
• CRM experience, preferably HubSpot.
