Account Executive – Stakeholder Engagement

About the role

The Scaling Ministry is seeking an Account Executive to drive client growth initiatives, manage operational activities, and lead outbound outreach campaigns. You will act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring seamless execution of strategies that expand market presence and build strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Execute operational strategies to improve efficiency, scalability, and business growth.
• Manage end‑to‑end client onboarding, coordinating documentation and aligning requirements.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining transparent communication and alignment.
• Conduct market research using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build and enrich prospect lists.
• Develop and run outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp, creating scripts and qualifying leads.
• Optimize client LinkedIn profiles and digital presence to support credibility and engagement.
• Maintain CRM systems, track performance metrics, and generate actionable insights.
• Plan and execute networking events to strengthen stakeholder relationships.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in stakeholder engagement, business development, account management, or operations.
• Strong understanding of outbound processes and experience using LinkedIn for prospecting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
