Account Executive – Sales & Client Relations

About the role

Libanfruits is seeking an Account Executive to lead sales and client‑relations activities for its HORECA and catering portfolio. Based on‑site in Dekwaneh, you will act as the primary contact for hotels, restaurants and cafés, ensuring a reliable supply of fresh fruits and vegetables.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HORECA and catering sectors.
• Generate leads, prepare quotations and coordinate with operations to guarantee timely deliveries.
• Maintain and grow an existing client portfolio through regular follow‑ups and structured account management.
• Handle client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and monitor customer satisfaction.
• Keep accurate records of interactions, sales activities and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service quality and support company growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or client relations, preferably in food service, FMCG or a related industry.
• Demonstrated ability in lead generation and new‑business development for HORECA clients.
• Strong account‑management capabilities with a focus on retention and growth.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage time effectively and handle multiple requests in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Comfort with basic CRM or sales‑tracking tools.
• Proficiency in standard office software.
