About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Account Executive to build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business growth. In this role you will manage accounts, identify new opportunities, and ensure excellent communication and satisfaction for our clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage client accounts and provide ongoing support.
  • Identify business opportunities and assist with sales strategies.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
  • Monitor account performance and client satisfaction.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account updates.

Required profile

  • Experience in account management, sales, customer service, or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Results‑oriented mindset with attention to detail.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with spreadsheets.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
