About the role

Tastelab is seeking an energetic and experienced Weddings & Catering Sales Manager to lead the planning and execution of wedding and catering events. The role focuses on delivering memorable experiences, driving brand awareness, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of events, including setup, operation, and breakdown.

• Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with vendors.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and successful outcomes.
• Identify and resolve potential issues quickly with a solutions‑driven mindset.
• Coordinate fundraising initiatives and partnerships as needed.
