About the role
Sama Telecom is seeking a proactive Voice Account Manager to join its on‑site team in Baabda, Lebanon. You will act as the primary sales and business development representative for voice and messaging services, driving growth and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Understand the company’s business, technical infrastructure, and service portfolio.
- Identify and pursue new voice and messaging opportunities.
- Represent Sama Telecom at international conferences and trade shows.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and deals with clients and vendors.
- Offer competitive rates based on vendor cost, quality, and special agreements.
- Coordinate with fellow account managers to finalize deals.
- Monitor traffic for quality issues or fraud and audit rates, costs, and billing.
- Assist accounting and support teams in dispute analysis and explain new business cases.
- Introduce innovative business scenarios based on market insights.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in voice sales or related telecom business development.
- Strong account management, client relationship, and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic or French is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Business Administration, or a related field.
