Senior SMS Account Manager

About the role

Rutatel Technologies is seeking a Senior SMS Account Manager to lead client relationships and ensure the successful delivery of its cloud‑based messaging services. Based in Beirut, this full‑time, on‑site position focuses on optimizing A2P SMS accounts and supporting customers throughout their messaging campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize routing strategies for A2P SMS, two‑way messaging, HLR cleansing and MNP routing.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams and external operators to resolve technical and operational issues.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Provide regular reporting and insights on message delivery quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in A2P messaging, SMS routing and familiarity with HLR and MNP technologies.
• Strong client relationship and customer service capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, IT or a related field.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple accounts.
