Traffic Manager & ClickUp Operations Lead

About the role

Giraffe Creatives, a leading creative and marketing agency in Zambia, is expanding into Lebanon and needs a highly organized Traffic Manager to become the operational backbone of its execution team. Working remotely, you will own the company’s ClickUp workspace and ensure projects move efficiently across departments while maintaining high delivery standards.

Key responsibilities

• Fully manage and optimise the ClickUp workspace, including spaces, folders, lists, automations, dashboards, templates, permissions and SOP integrations.
• Allocate projects and tasks based on team availability, skill suitability, client priority and internal SOPs, while monitoring deadlines, dependencies and bottlenecks.
• Enforce workflow standards, maintain visibility across all active projects, and proactively escalates delays or resource conflicts.
• Provide leadership with clear visibility on team utilisation, delivery timelines, project status, operational bottlenecks and resource planning.
• Lead operational coordination meetings and continuously improve agency efficiency, speed and execution quality.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Traffic Manager, Operations Manager, Project Manager or Workflow Manager in a fast‑paced creative, marketing or production agency.
• Proven ability to manage workflows, priorities, deadlines and resources at scale.
• Strong understanding of agency processes and a track record of enforcing SOPs.
