Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of our digital marketing strategy, focusing on brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across multiple online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall digital marketing strategy.
• Manage and optimise SEO, PPC, email, social media, and content marketing campaigns.
• Oversee website management, including landing pages, blog posts and other digital assets.
• Track, analyse and report on website traffic, user behaviour and campaign performance using Google Analytics.
• Maintain and grow the company’s social media presence with regular content creation and posting.
• Design and execute email marketing programmes.
• Collaborate with sales, product development and other internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends, best practices and emerging technologies.
• Manage marketing budgets, monitor ROI and ensure cost‑effective spend.
• Recruit and coordinate external agencies and freelancers as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field.
• 5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Proven success in planning and executing digital campaigns that drive measurable results.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience with Google Analytics and Google AdWords.
• Hands‑on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and project‑management skills.
