About the role
We are looking for a Support Officer to join our Jounieh office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will be the first point of contact for users of our cloud‑based construction management software, ensuring they receive prompt and effective assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑level support via phone, email and chat.
- Guide users through basic navigation and features of the software.
- Document incidents and forward technical issues to the development team.
- Maintain accurate records of support cases and follow up until resolution.
- Assist with onboarding and training sessions for new users.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and patience.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to learn new software quickly and work collaboratively.
Required skills
- Basic computer literacy.
- Experience with ticketing systems.
