Senior Architect

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Architect to lead the design and development of complex architectural projects from concept through completion. The role combines creative design leadership with practical project management, ensuring innovative, functional, and high‑quality solutions for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural design development across all project stages, from concept to construction documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams, engineers, and external consultants to integrate multidisciplinary inputs.
• Review drawings and technical details to guarantee design quality and compliance.
• Manage client communications, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback.
• Ensure projects meet local building codes, regulations, and project standards.
• Mentor junior architects and support team development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 7‑10+ years of professional experience in architectural design and project delivery.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating concept design through execution stages.
• Proven experience leading projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Suite.
• Experience with BIM workflows (a plus).
• Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and technical detailing.
• Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations.
