Solar Water Heater Sales & Customer Support Officer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Solar Water Heater Sales & Customer Support Officer to join our team in Lebanon. The role involves handling WhatsApp and phone inquiries, explaining the technical advantages of our solar water heating solutions, and preparing accurate quotations for prospective customers.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp Business and phone calls.
• Explain product quality, technical features, and differences from lower‑quality systems.
• Manage leads generated from online advertising (Meta, Google).
• Prepare and send quotations using company price lists and templates.
• Recommend suitable solar water heater systems based on customer needs (apartment, house, family size).
• Follow up with clients professionally and politely.
• Coordinate with sales and technical teams when required.
• Maintain records of inquiries, offers, and follow‑ups.

Required profile

• Technical diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, HVAC/Building Services, or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of solar water heater technologies (flat plate, evacuated tube, pressurized systems).
• Strong communication skills in Arabic (mandatory) and good English; French is a plus.
• Organized, patient, and customer‑oriented attitude.
• Honest, solution‑oriented, and willing to learn.

Required skills

• Understanding of solar water heater systems (flat plate, evacuated tube, pressurized).
• Proficiency in preparing quotations using Excel and Word.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp Business for handling multiple inquiries.
