Software Engineer (C++)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Software Engineer with strong C++ expertise to join Murex’s global fintech team. You will contribute to the design, development and maintenance of our trading and risk‑management platform, working in a collaborative, people‑centric environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain C++ software components.
• Translate functional specifications into technical designs and documented code.
• Work within a Scaled Agile Framework, participating in sprints and ceremonies.
• Promote automation, Test‑Driven Development, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
• Detect and resolve bugs early to enhance product quality.
• Continuously improve technical, functional and leadership skills.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 0‑4 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication in English; French is a plus.
• Team‑oriented mindset and eagerness to learn.
