Site Civil Engineer – Construction Project

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Site Civil Engineer to join our construction team in the Metn area. You will be responsible for ensuring that all on‑site activities meet quality, safety, and schedule requirements while supporting the overall project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Prepare shop drawings and bar‑bending schedules.
• Submit inspection requests, material submittals, and other communication documents.
• Monitor and prepare labor payrolls.
• Oversee site activities to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Implement Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies.
• Perform quantity surveying tasks.
• Prepare orders for concrete, steel, and other materials.
• Carry out any additional tasks required for successful site execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar site engineering role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Dynamic attitude with a willingness to learn.
