Senior Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join Tradias, a fully licensed securities trading bank and liquidity provider based in Frankfurt. You will help build and maintain our cutting‑edge platform that connects institutional investors with cryptocurrencies and tokenised assets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
• Apply software design patterns, coding best practices, and manage version control.
• Design and optimise SQL queries for efficient data retrieval and processing.
• Improve product quality through bug fixes, performance analysis and tuning.
• Automate monitoring processes using Grafana to proactively detect and resolve issues.
• Support continuous improvement of .NET applications by updating frameworks, enhancing performance, and aligning with best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of hands‑on full‑stack development experience, with a strong focus on back‑end development.
• Strong understanding of object‑oriented programming and RESTful API design.
• Experience debugging complex codebases and resolving issues.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
