Senior QC Supervisor

About the role

We are a leading pharmaceutical company seeking a Senior Quality Control (QC) Supervisor to lead our QC laboratory within the operations team. The role focuses on maintaining the highest standards of product quality, regulatory compliance, and analytical performance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor the QC team to ensure timely and accurate testing of pharmaceutical products.
• Oversee laboratory investigations and root‑cause analyses for out‑of‑specification results.
• Ensure all activities comply with current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and internal SOPs.
• Manage analytical methods, including HPLC, and validate new testing procedures.
• Coordinate pharmacopoeial testing and maintain documentation for regulatory submissions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency and data integrity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or a related scientific discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical QC experience, with proven supervisory exposure.
• Strong understanding of GMP regulations and laboratory best practices.
