Senior Designer

About the role

Spinneys is seeking a Senior Designer to lead interior architectural projects across its retail locations in Lebanon. The role combines creative design, supplier coordination and construction administration to deliver high‑quality store environments.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed layout plans using AutoCAD.
• Conduct site visits and support construction supervision.
• Prepare construction drawings and specifications for bills of quantities and tender packages.
• Coordinate supplier invoicing in partnership with the Finance department.
• Manage maintenance and development requests, ensuring proper implementation with maintenance teams.
• Research and apply best practices in architectural design.
• Lead design projects from concept through to completion.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in interior architecture or a related design field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a comparable discipline.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
