Senior Consultant – Research & Insights

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to lead our Research & Insights practice, helping enterprise and government clients across the GCC turn complex customer, market and experience data into actionable strategies. The role blends analytical rigor, strategic storytelling and a curiosity for emerging AI technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end quantitative and mixed‑method research projects, from scoping and design to insight delivery and executive presentation.
• Design and refine research instruments for CX studies, segmentation, benchmarking and ad‑hoc market intelligence.
• Analyse large, multi‑source datasets to identify trends, drivers and improvement opportunities, and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
• Develop executive‑level reports and presentations that elevate research into advisory insights for C‑level and senior government stakeholders.
• Advise clients on customer‑experience strategy, measurement frameworks and insight function maturity.
• Integrate AI tools throughout the research lifecycle to accelerate analysis, synthesis and reporting while maintaining rigor.
• Mentor and supervise Business Analysts and Consultants, raising the team’s analytical proficiency.
• Contribute to thought‑leadership and methodology development within the practice.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior consulting or research roles within large enterprise or public‑sector environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to C‑suite audiences.
• Curiosity for emerging technologies, particularly AI, and a willingness to experiment with new tools.
