Brand Manager

About the role

The Brand Manager will lead the development and execution of brand strategies that strengthen market positioning and drive growth. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent brand communication across all channels while supporting overall business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies and marketing plans to enhance brand equity.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal marketing units, agencies, and external partners for seamless project execution.
• Monitor brand performance, campaign effectiveness, and market trends to identify optimization opportunities.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets, deliverables, and operational priorities.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all channels.
• Conduct market research, consumer insights analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
• Support new marketing initiatives, partnerships, and brand growth opportunities.
• Mentor junior marketing team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing coordination, brand management, or related roles.
• Professional proficiency in English and the local language.
• Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and strategic mindset.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision‑making abilities.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, multiple priorities, and cross‑functional collaboration.
