Sales Specialist – Inbound Sales

About the role

We are seeking a remote Sales Specialist to handle inbound inquiries for WindshieldHUB, a nationwide auto‑glass service. Candidates must have proven sales experience, strong closing ability, and the confidence to guide customers through the booking process.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers actively seeking auto‑glass services.
• Convert qualified inquiries into booked jobs through effective sales execution.
• Guide customers through the booking process with professionalism and confidence.
• Handle objections related to price, timing, and service details.
• Maintain accurate notes and customer updates in the CRM and coordinate with internal teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably phone or inbound sales.
• Strong closing skills and ability to handle live customer objections.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and trust‑building abilities.
• Comfortable working in a performance‑driven environment with strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems and sales tools (generic).
