Sales Representative

About the role

Provision Financial is expanding its sales team and seeks motivated individuals to help clients with income protection, retirement, and long‑term financial planning. As a Sales Representative you will build and manage your own client base through outbound prospecting, referrals, and relationship building.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients via personal outreach, networking events and referrals.
• Conduct client meetings to assess financial needs and recommend suitable life‑insurance, savings and retirement products.
• Present proposals, close sales and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Maintain long‑term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching and professional development programs.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to build a personal book of business.
• Self‑starter comfortable with outbound prospecting and relationship building from scratch.
• Disciplined, consistent and results‑oriented.
• Preferably possesses a personal network that can be leveraged for early sales.
