Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our branch team. In this customer‑facing position you will welcome visitors, understand their needs, promote our range of products and services, and help ensure a positive and memorable experience that encourages repeat business.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, identifying their requirements and recommending suitable solutions.
• Promote and upsell products and services to achieve individual and branch sales targets.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming branch environment.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Record sales activities, update customer information in the system, and prepare basic sales reports.
• Participate in product training sessions and stay informed about new offerings.
• Collect customer feedback and relay insights to the management team.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication abilities.
• Friendly, positive attitude with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
• Basic computer literacy for using sales tools and recording data.
