Sales Director

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑oriented Sales Director to lead and develop our sales operations across Lebanon. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail sales leadership, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to drive revenue growth while leading high‑performing sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s sales strategy to achieve growth and profitability.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales management team and branch managers.
• Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and market trends, taking corrective actions when needed.
• Expand market share by identifying new business opportunities and strengthening customer relationships.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic performance reports for senior management.
• Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, pricing, and promotional campaigns across all branches.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably as Sales Director or Head of Sales.
• Strong experience in the retail sector, especially furniture, mattresses, or home furnishings.
• In‑depth knowledge of the Lebanese market, including customer behavior, competition, and retail dynamics.
• Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that achieve ambitious revenue targets.
• Experience managing multiple branches and leading large sales teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is an advantage).
