Sales Consultant – Life Insurance

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Sales Consultant specializing in life insurance to join our team in Jal El Dib. The position offers a hybrid work model with the possibility to work from home a few days per week, allowing you to combine office interaction with flexible remote days.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional consultation to clients, assessing their personal and corporate insurance needs.
• Explain the features and benefits of various life‑insurance policies and recommend the most suitable products.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Process insurance applications accurately and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through attentive service and problem resolution.

Required profile

• Strong sales consulting and customer‑service orientation.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Previous experience in the insurance sector is a plus.
