About the role
Namou Properties is seeking a results‑driven Sales Manager to join its remote team. Based in Lebanon, you will manage investor and buyer relationships for high‑value property opportunities across the UAE, handling the full sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to investor and buyer inquiries, guiding them from consultation through to closing.
- Build and maintain long‑term client relationships and nurture pipelines.
- Negotiate and close high‑value property transactions.
- Track leads and pipeline activity using the company’s CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with management to optimise conversion rates and sales processes.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience in a senior or high‑performing sales role.
- Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Experience with investor‑focused clients is a plus.
