About the role
We are seeking a remote Sales Manager to lead investor and buyer relationships for high‑value property opportunities in the UAE market. Based in Lebanon, you will work independently using provided tools and leads to nurture pipelines and close deals.
Key responsibilities
- Handle investor and buyer inquiries from initial consultation through closing.
- Build and maintain long‑term client relationships and follow‑up pipelines.
- Conduct negotiations and confidently close property transactions.
- Manage leads and pipeline activity through the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with management to improve conversion performance and sales processes.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience in a senior or high‑performing sales role.
- Proven track record of closing deals and meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.
- Self‑driven and comfortable working remotely.
- Experience handling investor clients is a plus.
