Quality Assurance Support - Fintech Specialist

About the role

The Quality Assurance Support – Fintech Specialist will ensure the quality, stability, and performance of DigiBank’s mobile and digital banking applications throughout the software development lifecycle. You will work closely with development, product, and business teams to deliver high‑quality releases.

Key responsibilities

• Execute functional, regression, integration, and user‑acceptance testing for mobile and digital banking features.
• Perform mobile testing on Android and iOS devices across multiple OS versions.
• Validate APIs, backend integrations and data flows using Postman and SQL.
• Analyze requirements, user stories and specifications to create test scenarios and cases.
• Log, track and verify defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Conduct smoke testing and release validation before production deployment.
• Collaborate with development, product, business and QA teams to ensure alignment and delivery quality.
• Support usability, compatibility and performance testing for mobile applications.
• Contribute to test documentation, QA processes and knowledge‑sharing activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Experience in QA testing for mobile applications and digital platforms, preferably in fintech or digital banking.
• Hands‑on experience testing Android and iOS applications.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, Agile/Scrum environment.
