QoS Specialist – Remote (Lebanon, Syria or Turkey)

About the role

Azurreo is seeking two QoS Specialists to join its Operations team. You will monitor service quality, manage incidents, and work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure reliable telecom service delivery across multiple projects.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site stability and performance monitoring.
• Identify, analyze, and coordinate resolution of operational incidents.
• Act as liaison between internal teams, customers, and external partners.
• Track QoS metrics, prepare KPI reports and operational summaries.
• Participate in root‑cause analysis and preventive action planning.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and support high satisfaction levels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• Experience in QoS, telecom operations, network supervision or service monitoring.
• Proven ability to communicate technical information to customers.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving skills.
• Independent work style with a sense of ownership.
• Availability for a full‑time role without conflicting commitments.
