About the role

Brokerline is looking for a full‑time Property Consultant to join its Hazmieh office. In this client‑focused position you will guide buyers, sellers and renters through the entire property transaction process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client needs and propose tailored property solutions.
• Organise and conduct property viewings, providing detailed information and answering questions.
• Negotiate terms and conditions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with clients to generate repeat business.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends, pricing, and regulatory changes.
• Meet or exceed established sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong background in consulting and real‑estate sales.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Self‑motivated, organised and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Own a car and mobile phone for client visits.
