About the role

Namou Properties is seeking a high‑performing Senior Sales Consultant to manage investor and buyer conversations, nurture qualified leads, and close high‑value property deals across the UAE market. This remote position is ideal for a target‑driven sales professional who thrives on negotiations and deal closure.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle investor and buyer inquiries from initial consultation through to closing.
  • Build and maintain long‑term client relationships and manage follow‑up pipelines.
  • Conduct negotiations and confidently close property transactions.
  • Manage leads and pipeline activity using the CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with management to improve conversion performance and sales processes.

Required profile

  • 2–3 years of experience in a senior or high‑performing sales role.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.
  • Self‑driven and comfortable working remotely.
  • Experience handling investor clients is a plus.
