About the role
Namou Properties is seeking a high‑performing Senior Sales Consultant to manage investor and buyer conversations, nurture qualified leads, and close high‑value property deals across the UAE market. This remote position is ideal for a target‑driven sales professional who thrives on negotiations and deal closure.
Key responsibilities
- Handle investor and buyer inquiries from initial consultation through to closing.
- Build and maintain long‑term client relationships and manage follow‑up pipelines.
- Conduct negotiations and confidently close property transactions.
- Manage leads and pipeline activity using the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with management to improve conversion performance and sales processes.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience in a senior or high‑performing sales role.
- Proven track record of closing deals and meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.
- Self‑driven and comfortable working remotely.
- Experience handling investor clients is a plus.
