Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

Offtech is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join its international remote team. You will coordinate branding, web/app development, AI, and digital marketing projects for clients across Canada and worldwide, ensuring smooth execution and clear communication.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate between designers, developers, copywriters, and clients.
• Track timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
• Lead client communication and follow‑ups.
• Organize meetings and prepare project updates.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable working remotely with international teams.
• Fluent in English (French a plus).

Required skills

• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, and Google Workspace.
