Pharmacist – Evening Shift (4 PM–12 AM)

About the role

Mazen Pharmacy is seeking a patient‑centric pharmacist to cover the PM shift (4 PM to 12 AM). The role ensures accurate dispensing, effective patient counseling, and smooth evening operations in a busy community pharmacy.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions accurately and verify for drug interactions or contraindications.
• Counsel patients on prescription medicines, over‑the‑counter products, and medical devices.
• Process insurance claims and point‑of‑sale billing.
• Manage inventory, including receiving, monitoring expiries, cold‑chain handling, and conducting cycle counts.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, SOPs, and proper documentation.
• Coordinate with physicians and caregivers, and support delivery orders when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm/BS Pharmacy) or PharmD.
• Minimum of 2 years of community pharmacy experience.
• Active or eligible local pharmacy registration (preferred).
• Reliability for evening hours and willingness to work rotational weekends/holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with pharmacy software and inventory control systems.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
