Personal Injury Lead Intake Specialist

About the role

Fabri Holdings is seeking a Personal Injury Lead Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for potential personal injury clients. You will handle inbound calls, gather case information, qualify leads and schedule consultations with the appropriate legal team.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from prospective personal injury clients.
• Speak professionally and empathetically while building rapport.
• Gather and accurately document case details.
• Ask qualifying questions to determine lead suitability.
• Follow established intake scripts and guidelines.
• Enter lead information into the CRM or designated system.
• Schedule qualified leads for consultations with the legal team.
• Follow up with leads when necessary and maintain confidential records.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and active‑listening skills.
• Previous experience in lead intake, call centre, customer service, appointment setting, sales or legal intake preferred.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls.
• Empathetic, professional and confident when speaking with injured individuals.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Ability to work remotely using CRM/call‑management software.
