About the role

The Patient Service Specialist provides front‑line support to patients before, during, and after their appointments at the Lebanon Clinic. Working with minimal supervision, the specialist ensures smooth scheduling, registration, and communication using the clinic’s technology platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and procedures via clinical communication tools, work queues, and patient portal messages.
• Manage registration and patient work queues, ensuring all pre‑appointment orders and consults are received.
• Coordinate with patients and external facilities to confirm readiness for visits.
• Communicate with patients through the patient portal, applying critical decision‑making to route inquiries appropriately.
• Maintain efficient workflow and support appropriate use of clinic technology.

Required profile

• Ability to deliver patient service before, during, and after appointments with minimal guidance.
• Strong customer‑service focus and effective communication skills.
• Experience navigating complex scheduling scenarios involving multiple services or external providers.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation processes.
