About the role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated part‑time Booking Specialist to join our remote team. You will contact homeowners, confirm their interest and schedule in‑home assessments for our heat‑pump solutions. The role provides clear scripts, training and a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Call online leads and confirm customer interest.
• Schedule in‑home assessments according to availability.
• Update the CRM system with accurate lead information.
• Maintain professional and friendly communication with homeowners.
• Work Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM Lebanon time.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong phone communication and listening abilities.
• Basic computer and CRM proficiency.
• Stable high‑speed Wi‑Fi connection.
• Personal laptop or computer and a quiet working environment.
