About the role
The Outdoor Sales Representative will be responsible for achieving sales and distribution targets within an assigned territory. You will promote the company’s brands, launch new products, and ensure strong relationships with key accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of the product portfolio and competitor offerings.
- Meet quantitative and qualitative sales targets, focusing on both vertical and horizontal distribution.
- Monitor competitor activities, promotions, price changes, and new launches, reporting findings to the Customer Development Manager and Business Unit Manager.
- Execute launch plans for new products and coordinate with the Educator for account growth and training sessions.
- Identify and grow potential Key Accounts in collaboration with the Customer Development Manager.
- Suggest creative marketing ideas to increase social media traffic.
- Manage client balances, anticipate dues, and prepare collection plans.
- Maintain optimal call cycles, plan daily visits, and request adjustments as needed.
- Request POSM and Gift With Purchase materials to boost sales.
- Provide courteous regular visits to ensure customer satisfaction, handle returns, exchanges, and complaints.
- Secure premium brand visibility and adequate storage at customer premises.
- Submit monthly sales, promotional, and market reports, recommending corrective actions when necessary.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in FMCG or cosmetics sales.
