Multimedia Design Intern – Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a visually‑driven Multimedia Design Intern to support our Marketing team. The intern will work at the intersection of storytelling and design, creating polished presentations, video content and visual assets that reflect our brand and simplify complex ideas.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality pitch decks, capability presentations and proposal decks using PowerPoint and Google Slides, translating consulting frameworks into clear visual narratives.
• Edit short‑form and long‑form videos for LinkedIn, webinars and internal use, including motion graphics, animated intros and branded video templates.
• Create social‑media visuals, infographics, banners, one‑pagers, brochures and other marketing collateral, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Maintain an organized library of brand assets, templates and design files, and help document visual standards in collaboration with marketing and content teams.

Required profile

• Strong visual sense with an eye for detail and brand consistency.
• Ability to translate complex data and concepts into clean, compelling graphics.
• Self‑starter who can manage multiple design projects under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint (animations, master slides, custom layouts).
• Experience with Google Slides.
• Video editing and motion‑graphics creation skills.
• Graphic‑design capabilities for digital and print assets.
