About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Members Club Community & Sales Manager to lead membership growth, engagement and retention for our club. The role combines community management, event coordination and sales outreach to build a vibrant club culture and achieve revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Act as primary contact for club members, organize events, networking opportunities and social gatherings.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain members, conduct tours and presentations, and build relationships with corporate partners and high‑net‑worth individuals.
- Maintain accurate membership records, manage contracts, billing and renewals, and collaborate with marketing, events and operations teams.
Required profile
- Minimum 3‑5 years experience in community management, sales, hospitality or a related field.
- Proven ability to generate leads, close sales and drive revenue.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for relationship building and member engagement.
- Experience planning and executing community events and social programs.
