Marketing Performance Executive

About the role

Toters is seeking a Marketing Performance Executive to drive the day‑to‑day performance of its paid media and CRM campaigns. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure that marketing initiatives are data‑driven, measurable, and continuously optimized.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze performance across Meta, Google, and in‑app campaigns.
• Track KPIs such as CAC, CPA, ROAS, retention, and incremental revenue.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards for data‑driven decision‑making.
• Support campaign planning with forecasting, target setting, and budget allocation.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering to optimize user journeys and promotional strategies.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to improve conversion and customer lifetime value.
• Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and event implementation with data and product teams.
• Identify growth opportunities through segmentation, lifecycle, and cohort analysis.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, performance marketing, CRM, or growth roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
