Manager – Digital Platforms & Web Marketing Strategy

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Manager to lead the strategy, governance and continuous improvement of its digital platforms across the Middle East. You will own the regional roadmap for external and internal web properties, ensuring best‑in‑class user experience, SEO performance and adoption of digital tools.

Key responsibilities

• Own and govern the regional roadmap for Deloitte.com, intranet and microsites, aligning with growth priorities and global standards.
• Lead stakeholder planning sessions to translate business plans into digital experience initiatives and measurable outcomes.
• Drive user‑centric improvements, content audits, information architecture and conversion optimisation across priority pages.
• Manage modernization and migration projects for intranet/extranet, including vendor coordination, change management and post‑launch support.
• Own the web measurement framework, KPI model and analytics reporting, turning insights into optimisation plans.
• Define and execute SEO strategy, partnering with content and technical teams to improve visibility.
• Support regional email automation operating model, designing journeys, measurement plans and ensuring data readiness.
• Provide training, enablement and mentorship on digital experience tools such as AEM, Marketo and Adobe Analytics.

Required profile

• 7‑9 years of experience in website/CMS management, UX, SEO and digital performance optimisation.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑stakeholder programmes, governance and training initiatives.
• Strong communication, project leadership and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
• Excellent command of Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or equivalent CMS.
• Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
• Marketo (or comparable marketing automation tool).
• Google Search Console and SEO best‑practice tools.
• Workfront, Crownpeak, Infogram or comparable digital experience tools.
