Lead Project Manager – French Speaking (MENA)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Project Manager to oversee complex software implementation projects for leading banks and financial institutions across the MENA region. The role involves full‑lifecycle ownership, from initiation and stakeholder alignment to delivery, testing, and successful go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale banking transformation programmes.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Control project budgets, resources, risks, and governance frameworks.
• Ensure quality testing, documentation, and seamless transition to operational teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across international project teams.

Required profile

• 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in banking, fintech or financial services.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise software implementations.
• Strong experience managing senior stakeholders and multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Fluent in French, Arabic and English.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile are preferred.
