Senior ERP Functional Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior ERP Functional Consultant to lead the implementation and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for our clients. The role combines deep functional expertise in finance and operations with strong presales and delivery capabilities, ensuring successful project outcomes from requirement gathering to post‑go‑live support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage functional aspects of Dynamics 365 modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, WMS, Transportation, Asset Management, Production, Cost Accounting and Retail.
• Conduct presales activities including demos and proof‑of‑concepts.
• Gather and analyse customer requirements and produce functional requirement documents.
• Design solution architecture, configure the product and prepare data migration templates.
• Develop and execute SQL scripts required for implementation.
• Perform quality assurance on configured solutions before delivery.
• Deliver functional and administration training to end‑users.
• Provide go‑live and post‑go‑live support to resolve issues.
• Maintain communication with internal teams and external stakeholders and pursue relevant certifications.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in finance and operations within ERP environments.
• Proven track record handling multiple Dynamics 365 modules.
• Ability to work independently, self‑train on new functionalities and obtain certifications.
• Strong analytical skills for requirement gathering and solution design.
• Excellent communication and coordination with project managers and clients.
