About the role

We are seeking an IT leader to support Sales & Marketing transformation, driving the technologies that fuel revenue growth, customer engagement, and digital performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary IT partner for Sales Operations and Marketing.
  • Build and manage the commercial technology roadmap, including CRM, marketing automation, CDP, and digital experience platforms.
  • Lead cross‑functional initiatives to deliver scalable, integrated solutions.
  • Advance data, analytics, and Customer 360 capabilities.
  • Drive automation, AI/ML, and digital optimization across the customer journey.
  • Oversee vendor partnerships and ensure successful project delivery.

Required profile

  • 5–7+ years of experience in IT business partnering, solution architecture, or related roles.
  • Proven experience supporting Sales and Marketing functions.
  • Expertise with CRM and Martech platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe, HubSpot, or Marketo.
  • Background in digital/e‑commerce or online experience platforms.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and project delivery skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree (required).
