IT Governance Specialist – MENA Region

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Governance Specialist to lead governance, compliance and data‑driven initiatives across our digital ecosystem in the MENA region. The role bridges IT, digital platforms and business goals, ensuring security, data quality and effective business intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT and Digital Governance frameworks, policies and procedures aligned with regulatory standards.
• Oversee cybersecurity governance, risk management and digital compliance to protect systems and data.
• Lead data governance, data management and data quality programs supporting enterprise analytics.
• Design, build and maintain Business Intelligence solutions, including dashboards, automated reporting and visualisation tools.
• Manage digital vendors and third‑party solutions, ensuring SLA compliance, cost optimisation and service efficiency.
• Control user access, tool ownership and administrative governance across digital systems.
• Support digital transformation by integrating data from multiple platforms into a unified, scalable ecosystem.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align IT and digital strategies with regional business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics or related field.
• Master’s degree in Digital Transformation, Business Administration or Data Analytics is a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, CGEIT, CISA, CDMP or PMP are preferred.
• 3‑6 years of experience in IT Governance, Digital Governance, Business Intelligence or Data Management.
• Proven experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and working in regional or multi‑market environments.
