Human Resources Executive

About the role

The Human Resources Executive will be based in Beirut and will lead the day‑to‑day HR operations for Ant Ventures Worldwide. This full‑time, on‑site position is responsible for implementing HR policies, maintaining employee relations and ensuring compliance across the company’s hospitality and food‑and‑beverage brands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding and performance appraisal processes.
• Develop, update and enforce HR policies in line with Lebanese labour law.
• Maintain positive employee relations and address workplace issues promptly.
• Oversee compliance with HR regulations and internal standards.
• Support people management, problem‑solving and the creation of an inclusive work environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR management and operations.
• Track record of developing and implementing HR policies.
• Strong background in employee relations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (preferably in F&B).
• Knowledge of Lebanese labour laws and HR compliance processes.
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding and performance appraisal cycles.
• Previous experience in hospitality or food‑and‑beverage industry is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
