About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented HR Archiving Volunteer to help organize, maintain, and ensure compliance of personnel files and HR documentation. This role is ideal for individuals interested in HR administration, document control, and compliance processes, offering a volunteer stipend.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain, update, and organize employee files (physical and digital) for current and former staff.
- Archive and structure HR documentation in line with internal policies and audit requirements.
- Review personnel files, identify missing or incomplete documents, and follow up with relevant team members.
- Ensure proper filing, labeling, and storage of HR documents, including timesheets.
- Support scanning, digitizing, and uploading of HR records into tracking systems.
- Assist in preparing documentation for audits and internal reviews.
- Maintain trackers for employee documentation and file completeness.
- Provide administrative support to other HR‑related tasks.
Required profile
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in administration, HR support, or document control.
- Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Patient, structured, and process‑oriented mindset with cultural sensitivity.

- Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with document management systems
