About the role
The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Kuwait City and focuses on delivering high‑quality customer service while handling essential administrative duties.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all visitors, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Answer incoming phone calls, manage inquiries, and route calls efficiently.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, maintaining an organized calendar.
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure all front‑desk equipment functions properly.
Required profile
- Strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
- Excellent active listening and customer‑service orientation.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
- Prior experience in a medical front‑desk or similar administrative role is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency in basic clerical tasks such as appointment management, data entry, and filing.
